We do our best to make sure you are reminded ahead of time of an impending appointment, but you must inform us if you're unable to keep your appointment time at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. If you cancel or change your scheduled appointment time without providing us this 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a late notice cancellation fee of $25 for every hour of scheduled service. If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment without providing us with any notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the entire cost of the service requested. If you're scheduling a service over one-hour in length or multiple services, we require a valid credit or gift certificate number on file for purposes of guaranteeing your appointment.
Since our memberships require no contractual obligation aside from Release of Liability, we do not charge any additional fees to members that decide to cancel their memberships. Members are able to cancel or change their memberships at any time through the member control panel located here. If you are unhappy with your memberhship or any part of our spa, we would like to here from you before you decide to cancel your membership to resolve any problems you may have.
